Introducing Sefton Manor

We have been busy working away in the studio recently on our latest project, Sefton Manor. This project looks at densifying an existing suburban site in Sydney’s western suburb of Sefton, taking advantage of site zoning under the NSW Low Rise housing diversity code. The design works on the ‘Manor House’ model, with four sole occupancy units each with parking on site, taking advantage of northerly aspect and generous views over an existing reserve at the rear of the site.
