We’re excited to be working on one of the new ‘pattern book’ designs unveiled by the NSW Government Architect which provide ‘off the shelf’ designs for sites that meet certain criteria around LMR (low mid-rise) areas. This design we have selected is ‘Semi’s 01’ by Anthony Gill Architects and allows for approval via CDC. The designs include all material selection and use considered materials and construction methodology to ensure lower construction costs and efficiency of consultant input.
